While bedroom count dictates minimums, actual water usage, home size, and soil conditions influence the final, often larger, size needed for optimal performance.

Once we finish your soil evaluation, we can typically complete the design phase within a week or two. From there, we submit the plans to the county or state for approval. While local permit turnaround times can fluctuate depending on the season, we handle the technical paperwork to keep the process moving as quickly as possible so your project stays on schedule.
