Nick LaudolffPresident/Owner, MPRS# 255066
Nick is a Master Plumber Restricted Services, Master Septage Operator, POWTS Maintainer, and Operator in Charge. He has been in the industry for 25 years, initially working for Laudolff Septic Services and then buying the company in 2012. Nick has been married to Marcey for more than 20 years, and they have two children. Marcey manages the office and works part-time as an LPN. Nick and Marcey enjoy traveling, riding their UTV, volunteering as emergency medical responders for the Eden Fire Department, and spending time with their family. They strive to provide a great working environment while providing a superior service to their customers.
Travis KrausProject Manager
Travis worked for Laudolff Septic Services, LLC for over 10 years and left to pursue a career with Michels Corporation. We are happy to have him back. Kelly is Travis’s life partner, and they love to ride their UTV. He spends his off time with family and hunting. Travis’s leadership is priceless and attention to detail is simply unmatchable. His values and work ethic align perfectly with Laudolff Septic Services mission.
Jeff PetersonTechnician
Jeff is a POWTS Maintainer and certified septage operator. He has been employed with Laudolff Septic Services for almost 10 years. Jeff is married to Wendy, and they have a son. He enjoys racing snowmobiles, hunting, and fishing. Jeff’s attention to detail and knowledge are second to none, and he enjoys a job well done.
Duston RabeTechnician
Duston is a POWTS Maintainer and septage operator. He has worked for Laudolff Septic Services for over 3 years and in the construction industry for more than nine years. Duston is married to Brittney and they have four children. He is a staff sergeant in the Army National Guard and has served our country for more than eight years. He enjoys dirt tracking racing, spending time with his family and hunting. Efficiency and honesty are a couple attributes that Duston brings to our company. These qualities are at the forefront of the mission and values of Laudolff Septic Services.
Jeff SchultzPlumber JP #1449
Jeff has been in the plumbing trade as an apprentice and now a journeyman since 2018. He is married to Carrie, and together they have a set of twin girls. Jeff enjoys camping and spending time with his family. When it comes to integrity and teamwork, Jeff is an exemplary leader. He finds doing the job right the first time his biggest priority. We are lucky to have him and are excited to have him on the team.
Jon StegerTechnician
Jon came to the Laudolff team early in 2025. Prior to that, he drove trucks at a steel company and worked on various farms. Jon likes to go snowmobiling, participate in tractor pulls, and spend time with family working on projects. Jon joined the team and immediately melded as though he had been with the company for years. He is eager to learn and always wants to deliver high-quality work. We are looking forward to the future and all that Jon brings to the team.
Nikki WaltersOffice Assistant
Nikki comes to Laudolff Septic Services, LLC with over 10 years of Human Resources experience. She has a Bachelor of Science from Winona State University. She is married to Mike, and they have four children. Nikki enjoys spending time with her family, boating and gardening. Nikki’s knowledge of office procedure, customer service, and employee management make her a great fit for our team. Her attention to detail is invaluable. We are thankful she has joined the Laudolff family.

Ryan is a POWTs Maintainer and certified septage operator. He has been employed part-time with Laudolff Septic Services, for over two years. Ryan is a Lieutenant with the Washington County Sheriff’s Department full-time and works his days off with us. Ryan is married to Missy, and they have three children. Ryan enjoys coaching his kids and spending time with family. Ryan’s customer service and his attention to detail are just a couple of the things that make him a perfect addition to our team.
Boyd StuffinTechnician
Boyd was employed full time for four years and since went to seasonal staff with Laudolff Septic Services, LLC. He owns Lake Gogebic Fish Guide Service and Royal Rock Farms. He spends his time in the off-season guiding fishing tours and waterfowl and turkey hunting. Boyd is married to Breana, and together they have a son. Boyd enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. Boyd’s experience with equipment operation is second to none and is a great addition to our installation crew when we are in the busiest times of the year.
